The NUG volunteer Board of Directors provides structure and direction for the NUG organization and ensures that all NUG activities support the organization's mission and objectives, while upholding the interests of the group's members. As part of its efforts to ensure effective governance, the NUG Board manages the nomination, election, and annual ratification of NUG Board members.
